Questions and ideas to present to client -- suggest to client about what is included in the website: introduce service and product to potential customers of client's service -- product introduction and description include an enquiry channel / function for the potential customers to make an enquiry for their product sales function -- whether it should be included or not ask client which kinds of product / service should be made available for online sales if "yes" to sales function: suggest online payment methods (e.g. PayPal, Xsolla), details of fees below show client some samples of designs and let them choose from templates ( after flow chart is finished) Research for Website ideas: I have browsed through different bus-booking websites  and website templates . Client:  Mr. Yan Background information:  He is the CEO of a small tour bus company, and he is based in Tsim Sha Tsui. They have a web prescence but he feels that it is not of standard and he feels that there is limited information on it. It is a multi-language website. Ideally the client would like a more professional online presence with an element of booking and payment.
